The apartment was small but cozy, with a separate bedroom for privacy. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown. the cleanliness of the room was great, and the heating worked well to keep us comfortable.
The sofa bed provided for the third person was very small, more suitable for a child than a teenager or adult. The bathroom was a bit dusty, which could have been improved.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a 5-minute walk from a subway station. It made it so easy to explore the city, especially with the U1 line nearby for traveling to the center. Plus, there was a market and train station close by, adding to the convenience. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, everything was in perfectly working state and very well organized. The check-in process, done through a machine, was clear and intuitive, making it hassle-free for us.

I had a great stay at Smart Apart Living - Wien Hauptbahnhof. The apartment was clean and tidy, with everything laid out for me. It was also conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The kitchen and bathroom were excellent, and I especially loved the bath. Despite a few minor hiccups, like the TV not working and no staff on site, it was still a superb experience. The value for money was excellent, and I appreciated the good selection of TV channels and air conditioning. I would highly recommend this hotel.
